Job Profile


  • Drives sales activities for a specific product(s) or transaction(s). Manages and develops client relationships. Provides superior client experience.
  • Works closely with relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver capital markets solutions to our clients.
  • Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships.
  • Coordinates the execution of key sales and marketing strategies, such as product structuring, product distribution and cross-sell to maximize sales and develop new business activity.
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Maintains compliance with policies and regulations. Provides coaching to other team members.

  • Knowledge of and ability to utilize the tools, techniques, and practices for creating a mix of financial instruments that will leverage a client's financial resources to an acceptable level of risk.

Trading - Extensive Experience

  • Knowledge of and ability to engage in the transfer of financial assets in any financial market on behalf of an investor in order to capitalize on short-term trends.

Financial Analysis - Extensive Experience

  • Knowledge of and ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.

Required Education and Experience


Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
